Recipient Investigator definition

Recipient Investigator means :
Recipient Investigator. The investigator whose lab the research project will be conducted in. The MTA limits the use of the materials to the Recipient Investigator’s lab.

  • Recipient Investigator shall not provide Derived Material to any other party.

  • When a genome wide association study or next generation sequencing has been performed, the Recipient Investigator agrees to abide by any current NIH-adopted policy concerning sharing of genetic data obtained in NIH supported studies.

  • The Recipient Investigator agrees to provide NCRAD samples of such Derived Material as soon as possible, but no later than one year after publication or oral presentation describing Derived Material.

  • To be clear, each Appendix C signed by Recipient Investigator and NCRAD Investigator shall list NCRAD Research Materials that will transfer from IU to Recipient Institution and the Research Project for which they will be used by the Research Investigator and those under his/her direction and supervision under the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement.

  • The Recipient Investigator agrees to provide such Biospecimen Data as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than immediately upon acceptance of a subset of data for publication or public disclosure of a submitted patent application, whichever is earlier.

  • The Recipient must not supply the Material to any third party and the Recipient and the Recipient Investigator will refer to Austin Health any request for the Material, from anyone other than those persons working under the Recipient Investigator's direct supervision.

  • Investigator means an individual who is:

  • Principal Investigator means the Personnel who is identified as principally responsible for the performance and supervision of research associated with a Contract.

  • Private investigator means any individual who engages in the business of, or accepts employment

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
