  • No right to make, have made, offer to sell, or sell the IU hiPSCs is implied by the sale or delivery of the IU hiPSCs. Recipient Investigator shall not reverse engineer the IU hiPSCs. The IU hiPSCs, and any cell directly or indirectly derived or made from the IU hiPSCs, must be used in accordance will all applicable laws and any applicable institutional review board protocol.

  • The Recipient Investigator agrees to provide such Biospecimen Data as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than immediately upon acceptance of a subset of data for publication or public disclosure of a submitted patent application, whichever is earlier.

  • The Recipient Investigator should include with his/her IRB application a copy of the funding agency grant, and a copy of the signed Usage Agreement so that the IRB knows that the terms of the Usage Agreement will be followed.
