FAN Mail Services definition

FAN Mail Services means the services originally provided by DST using FAN Mail, the Internet and other software equipment and systems provided by DST, telecommunications carriers, firewall providers and other third parties, as described more fully in Section 3 of this Exhibit C, to which USBFS subscribes and is authorized to resell to its customers pursuant to a separate agreement with DST.

FAN Mail Services means the services provided by the Agent utilizing FAN Mail, the Internet, and other software, equipment and systems provided by the Agent, telecommunications carriers, firewall providers and other third parties, as described in the Service Schedules which are attached to this Agreement from time to time.

FAN Mail Services means the services provided by SS&C utilizing FAN Mail, the Distribution Support Services Web Site, the Internet, and other systems provided by SS&C and telecommunications carriers, as described in the Service Exhibits which are attached to this Agreement from time to time.

Examples of FAN Mail Services in a sentence

• Platinum Level Qualification: Average combined monthly usage fees paid by Customer for Basic FAN Mail Services and Vision Services equal or exceed $25,000.00 ($300,000.00 annually).

• Platinum Plus Level Qualification: Average combined monthly usage fees paid by Customer for Basic FAN Mail Services and Vision Services equal or exceed $166,666.67 ($2,000,000.00 annually).

• Discount: If Customer receives only Basic FAN Mail Services, the discount for each billing cycle equals 10% of the usage fees billed for such billing cycle.

• Discount: If Customer receives only Basic FAN Mail Services, the discount for each billing cycle equals 15% of the usage fees billed for such billing cycle.

• The delivery method for FAN Mail Services shall be specified in the Service Specifications.

• During the Term and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Agent shall, at its expense (unless otherwise provided for herein or in a Service Schedule) provide all computers, telecommunications equipment and other equipment and software necessary to provide the FAN Mail Services.

• The Funds acknowledge and agree that they obtain no rights in or to any of the software, screen and file formats, hardware, processes, trade secrets, proprietary information or distribution and communication networks of the Agent, other than the right to use the FAN Mail Services as provided for in this Agreement, including the Service Specifications.

• The Funds acknowledge and agree that the Recipients are responsible for verifying the accuracy and receipt of all data or information transmitted via FAN Mail Services.

• New Schedules describing additional FAN Mail Services may be added to this Agreement from time to time by mutual written agreement of the Agent and the Funds, and such additional FAN Mail Services shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
