Recommendation of Award definition

Recommendation of Award means a written notification sent by way of facsimile or electronic e-mail to those who submitted a Proposal in response to this Request for Qualifications advising them of the County's decision for its selection of the Successful Proposer and its intent to award to that Proposer.
Recommendation of Award means a written notification sent by way of facsimile or electronic e-mail to those who submitted a Bid in response to this Invitation to Bid advising them of the County's decision for its selection of the Successful Bidder and its intent to award to that Bidder.
