Recorder means either a personal video recorder (PVR) or digital video recorder (DVR) which must satisfy the following features:
State Records means any and all State data, information, and records, regardless of physical form, including, but not limited to, information subject to disclosure under CORA.
If recorded means if the data is recorded in non-volatile memory for the purpose of subsequent downloading.

Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.
Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.
Record system means any group of records under the control of the division from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of an individual, number, symbol, or other unique retriever assigned to an individual.
Record owner means, as of any particular time, a record owner of Outstanding Shares of the Trust shown on the books of the Trust or any Portfolio or the Trust’s transfer agent as then issued and outstanding at such time;
Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. Official Records means the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, California.
Recorded Vote means a written record of the name and vote of each member of Council or a Committee who votes on a question and of each member present who does not vote.
Land Records means the property records maintained by the Recorder of Deeds for the District of Columbia.
Personnel records means those records pertaining to any- one who is directly retained or employed by an intermediary in connection with insurance including subagents, secretaries, phone solicitors, and independent contractors.
Plat means a map or other graphical representation of lands being laid out
Record Document means, with respect to any Leasehold Property, (a) the lease evidencing such Leasehold Property or a memorandum thereof, executed and acknowledged by the owner of the affected real property, as lessor, or (b) if such Leasehold Property was acquired or subleased from the holder of a Recorded Leasehold Interest, the applicable assignment or sublease document, executed and acknowledged by such holder, in each case in form sufficient to give such constructive notice upon recordation and otherwise in form reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;
deeds registry means a deeds registry as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);
CDLIS driver record means the electronic record of a person's commercial driver's license status
Private record means a record containing data on individuals that is private as provided by Section 63G-2-302.
Rights-of-Way means easements, licenses, rights-of-way, permits, servitudes, leasehold estates, instruments creating an interest in real property, and other similar real estate interests.
Stock Books means the books maintained by the Auction Agent setting forth at all times a current list, as determined by the Auction Agent, of Existing Holders of the AMPS.
Corporate Records means the corporate records of a corporation, including (i) its articles, notice of articles or other constating documents, any unanimous shareholders agreement and any amendments thereto; (ii) all minutes of meetings and resolutions of shareholders, directors and any committee thereof; (iii) the share certificate books, register of shareholders, register of transfers and registers of directors and officers; and
State of Registry means, in respect of an aircraft, the State on the national register of which an aircraft is entered or the State of location of the common mark registering authority maintaining the aircraft register.
Record means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form.
Record of Depositors means the record provided by the Central Depository to the Company under Chapter 24.0 of the Rules.
