Record Plat definition

Record Plat means the plat of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, recorded in Plot Book 69 at Page 4, depicting the Property and all of the Lots and the Common Areas.

Record Plat means a plat of Hollybrook as recorded in the Clermont County, Ohio Recorder’s office, including any subsequent plats or replats.

Record Plat means a map, drawing or chart prepared according to the provisions of this chapter, and containing all engineering and legal data, dedications, and certificates necessary to the recording of same in the map and plat records of the county. A record plat may also be referred toas a final plat and is required subsequent to the approval of a preliminary-final plat or preliminary- final replat.

Record Plat means a completed drawing of the subdivision which contains all pertinent information required by these regulations and any other data necessary for recording plats.
