Final plat means the final drawing of the subdivision and dedication required by this chapter to be
Record owner means, as of any particular time, a record owner of Outstanding Shares of the Trust shown on the books of the Trust or any Portfolio or the Trust’s transfer agent as then issued and outstanding at such time;
Replat means the process of changing, or the map or plat which changes, the boundaries of a recorded subdivision plat or part thereof. The legal dividing of an outlot within a recorded subdivision plat without changing the exterior boundaries of the outlot is not a replat.
Record series means a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.
Record system means any group of records under the control of the division from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of an individual, number, symbol, or other unique retriever assigned to an individual.
Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.
registered land means land in England or Wales, title to which is registered at H.M. Land Registry;
Architect of Record means the architect licensed by the State who has the contract responsibility for the Project, who designs and prepares the construction documents from which the building is constructed, and who signs the required documents.
Plat means a map or other graphical representation of lands being laid out
Special Record Date for the payment of any Defaulted Interest means a date fixed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 307.
Record of Depositors means the record provided by the Central Depository to the Company under Chapter 24.0 of the Rules.
Semi-Annual Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Medical record means any document or combination of documents, except births, deaths, and the fact of admission to or discharge from a hospital, that pertains to the medical history, diagnosis, prognosis, or medical condition of a patient and that is generated and maintained in the process of medical treatment.
Partnership Record Date means the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution pursuant to Section 5.1(a) hereof, which record date shall be the same as the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution to its stockholders of some or all of its portion of such distribution.
Public organic record means a record that is available to the public for inspection and is:
Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.
Owner of record The meaning set forth in the System Description.
Private record means a record containing data on individuals that is private as provided by Section 63G-2-302.
ADS Record Date shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 4.9.
Project Record means the separate set of Drawings and Specifications as further set forth in paragraph 4.02A.
Lot of record means any lot, the description of which is properly recorded with the Register of Deeds, which at the time of its recordation complied with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Public record or "public records" shall mean all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, films, sound recordings, magnetic or other tapes, electronic data-processing records, artifacts, or other documentary material, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in connection with the transaction of public business by any agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions. Agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions shall mean and include every public office, public officer or official (State or local, elected or appointed), institution, board, commission, bureau, council, department, authority or other unit of government of the State or of any county, unit, special district or other political subdivision of government.
Official record means the record prepared and maintained by the department for each offender and juvenile received into the physical care and custody of the department. The record shall include, but is not limited to, written, printed, or electronic materials, documents, or data pertaining to services, programs, and all other official actions performed on behalf of that offender or juvenile. These records are identified by the same offender or juvenile name as received on the commitment order, assigned a department number as an identifier, and compiled and maintained as part of an offender/juvenile packet.
Interest Record Date with respect to any Interest Payment Date, shall mean the June 1 or December 1 (whether or not such day is a Business Day) immediately preceding the applicable June 15 or December 15 Interest Payment Date, respectively.
Registered lobbyist means a person registered under Title 36, Chapter 11,
Condominium means a common interest community in which portions of the real estate are designated for separate ownership and the remainder of the real estate is designated for common ownership solely by the owners of those portions. A common interest community is not a condominium unless the undivided interests in the common elements are vested in the unit owners.
