Recreational area means areas, excluding private single family residential areas, designated for active play, recreation or public assembly in parks, sports fields, picnic grounds, amphitheaters or golf course tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds and greens.
recreational craft means a ship of any type, with a hull length of 2.5 metres or more, regardless of the means of propulsion, intended for sports or leisure purposes, and not engaged in trade;
Recreational Fire means a fire for the cooking of food, warmth, fellowship or ceremonial purposes.
Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.
Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.
Recreation means an activity such as:
Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).
Recreational trail means a trail, lane, path, road, or other right of way that because of its scenic, wild, or topographical nature, has as its primary purpose recreational use of the trail itself.
Program area means a general group of disciplines in which one or more degree programs,
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.
Recreational facility means any enclosed, indoor area used by the general public and used as a
Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.
ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
Excavation zone means the volume containing the tank system and backfill material bounded by the ground surface, walls, and floor of the pit and trenches into which the UST system is placed at the time of installation.
Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;
Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
Perimeter means the fenced or walled area of the institution that restrains the movement of the inmates.
Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
