Rectification Programme definition

Rectification Programme means the rectification programme prepared by the Contractor and referred to in Clauses 35.2.3(c)(i) (Termination by the Authority) and agreed or determined pursuant to Clause 35.2.4 (Termination by the Authority);
Rectification Programme means the rectification programme prepared by the Contractor and referred to in Clauses 35.2.3 (Termination by the Authority) and agreed or determined pursuant to Clause 35.2.4;
Rectification Programme has the meaning given to it in Clause 33.4(b)(ii);

Examples of Rectification Programme in a sentence

  • If the CoT either rectifies the CoT Event of Default within the time period specified in the CoT’s Default Notice, or implements the CoT's Rectification Programme in accordance with its terms (where applicable), the CoT’s Default Notice shall be deemed to be revoked and this Agreement shall continue.

  • If the CoT fails to rectify the CoT Event Default within the time period specified in the CoT's Default Notice or fails to implement any CoT's Rectification Programme in accordance with its terms (where applicable), then this Agreement shall terminate on the day falling thirty (30) Business Days after the date the CoT is served with the CoT’s Default Notice or on the failure to implement the CoT's Rectification Plan in accordance with its terms.

  • If PPP Co. either rectifies the PPP Co. Default within [sixty (60)] days or implements the Rectification Programme in accordance with its terms, the Rectification Notice will be deemed to be revoked and the Project Agreement will continue.

  • If PPP Co. fails to rectify the PPP Co. Default within [sixty (60)] days or in accordance with the Rectification Programme, the Rectification Notice will be deemed to be a Termination Notice and the Project Agreement will, subject to the terms of the Funder Direct Agreement, terminate forthwith.

  • Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • the Programme means the Government programme for delivery of smart metering in Great Britain. The Programme is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policy, including establishing the commercial and regulatory framework to facilitate the roll-out;

  • System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. System Protection Facilities: “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility. Transmission Facilities:

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.
