Redemption Cash Amount definition

Redemption Cash Amount means, with respect to each Security, an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as follows:
Redemption Cash Amount in respect of any exchange of Notes, shall equal $1,000, plus the amount of accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the relevant Exchange Date per $1,000 principal amount of Notes (which accrued and unpaid interest shall be deemed to be paid in full in connection with such exchange as set forth in Section 14.02(h)).
Redemption Cash Amount means an amount in cash equal to the product of (y) the Value of a Common Share, multiplied by (z) such Tendering Party’s Common Shares Amount, all determined as of the date of receipt by the General Partner of such Tendering Party’s Notice of Redemption or, if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled and subject as provided in the Conditions, each Security will be redeemed by the Issuer, in respect of each Nominal Amount by payment of the Redemption Cash Amount, such redemption to occur, subject as provided below, on the Maturity Date.

Redemption Cash Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.1 and Section 8.5.2, as applicable.
