For the purposes of any interest payment made in accordance with Section 7(a), (b), (c) or (d) hereof, such payment shall be made to those persons in whose names the Bonds are registered on such Regular Record Date or Redemption Record Date.
The Issuer, by an Authorized Officer of the Managing Member, shall set the Redemption Date and the Redemption Record Date and give notice thereof to the Trustee.
