  • Such notice shall indicate that the Redemption Requesting Holders have elected redemption of all or any lesser portion of the Preferred Shares held by such Redemption Requesting Holders, the class and number of the Preferred Shares requested to be redeemed, and the date on which the requested redemption shall be made by the Company.
