Section 6.7.1. 18 Employees called back on a regular workday, or called on the sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) 19 consecutive workday, shall receive no less than two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate. 20 23 A R T I C L E V I I 24
Section 6.7.1. 19 During the school year (excluding holiday and spring breaks) transportation of school busses 20 for contracted bus maintenance shall be performed by a regularly assigned bus driver, provided 21 that such bus driver is available as needed. The assignment of the run referred to in the 22 immediately preceding sentence shall be made without regard to seniority.
Section 6.7.1. 19 Supplemental/Extended routes shall be bid per Section 9.6.1, provided such assignment does not 20 cause hardship on operation of the District. Any additional time, e.g., extra runs, music runs, midday 21 runs, Head Start, Kindergarten and extended time, shall be reposted annually.
Section 6.7.1. 1 43 IF a student IEP requires a one-on-one Paraeducator during the school day there shall be 44 an aide on the bus for to and from school transportation.
Section 6.7.1. 1. 41 In the event of emergency road restrictions causing some regular runs to be cancelled, 42 the remaining runs for that day shall be assigned as follows: daily layoffs shall be 43 rotated starting at the bottom of the seniority roster (i.e., if one run was cancelled, the 44 person at the bottom of the seniority list would not drive on the first day, the person 45 second from the bottom would not drive on the second day, etc.).
Section 6.7.1. 13 Extra work related to mechanical service of a bus will be performed by the regularly assigned 14 driver of same, unless such driver is unable to do so.
Section 6.7.1. 2 Employees in active pay status for an entire month or more, while filling in for an employee with 3 more hours, shall accrue and use sick leave according to the hours they are working.

Section 6.7.1. 37 The District shall provide regular training in areas of safety, de-escalation and other related topics 38 to employees. If the training is required for the specific position or assignment, the District will 39 notify the employee at the time of placement in the position. The District will prioritize the 40 training necessary to protect students and staff in a timely way to assure that staff can 41 appropriately meet the needs of students and be safe in the assignment. Introductory training, 42 which may include online, will be available within ten (10) work days.
