Reference Entity Weighting definition

Reference Entity Weighting means, in respect of a Reference Entity, the percentage specified as such in relation to that Reference Entity in the Pricing Supplement;
Reference Entity Weighting means the percentage set out opposite the relevant Reference Entity in the Relevant Annex, provided that the Reference Entity Weighting in respect of an Excluded Reference Entity shall be deemed to be zero.

  • The applicable Final Terms for Basket CLNs and Index CLNs will specify the percentage of the Credit Linked Portion (the "Relevant Portion") linked to each Reference Entity (such percentage the "Reference Entity Weighting").

  • If a Potential Failure to Pay has occurred in respect of one or more of the Reference Entities on or before an Interest Payment Date, the outstanding Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Notes on such Interest Payment Date will be determined by the Calculation Agent without regard to the Reference Entity Weighting of the Reference Entity in respect of which the Potential Failure to Pay has occurred.

Reference Entity Weighting means, in respect of a Reference Entity, the percentage weighting specified in respect of such Reference Entity set out in the relevant Index Annex, from time to time, subject to adjustment by the Calculation Agent under the relevant Swap Transaction in accordance with paragraph 4.4 (Credit Derivatives Definitions) of the Confirmation where one or more successors are identified in relation to a Reference Entity.
