Reference Funds definition

Reference Funds means the iShares S&P/TSX 60 Index Fund, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, the iShares DEX Universe Bond Index Fund, the Powershares QQQ Trust Series 1, the iShares MSCI Hong Kong Index Fund and the Nikkei 225 Exchange Traded Fund and “Reference Fund” means any one of the Reference Funds, subject to adjustments upon the occurrence of certain extraordinary events as provided herein.
Reference Funds means the iShares CDN S&P/TSX 60 Index Fund, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund, the iShares S&P Europe 350 Index Fund, the iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund, the SPDR Trust, Series 1, the iShares FTSE 100, the SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Fund, the Nikkei 225 Exchange Traded Fund, the Claymore 1-5 YR Laddered Government Bond ETF, the Claymore 1-5 YR Laddered Corporate Bond ETF and “Reference Fund” means any one of the Reference Funds, subject to adjustments upon the occurrence of certain extraordinary events as provided herein.
Reference Funds means the Montrusco Bolton Bond Index + Fund, Montrusco Bolton Canadian Equity Fund, Montrusco Bolton Canadian Small Capitalization Equity Fund, TSX 100 Momentum Fund, Montrusco Bolton U.S. Equity Fund and Montrusco Bolton E.A.F.E. Equity Fund, subject to reallocation in certain circumstances. See “Description of the Notes – Reallocation”.

Examples of Reference Funds in a sentence

  • However, the Issuer has no ability to control or predict the actions of the Reference Fund(s).

More Definitions of Reference Funds

Reference Funds means the Standard Life Canadian Dividend Growth Fund and the Standard Life Global Dividend Growth Fund, or any successor thereof following a Reallocation Event.
