Advisor Fee means, collectively, (a) an asset management fee based upon the aggregate value of the Projects plus costs and expenses incurred by Advisors in providing asset management services and (b) property management fees based upon gross revenues plus costs and expenses incurred by Advisors in providing property management services.

Advisor Fee means the fee to the Investment Advisor for services rendered and performed of its obligations under this Agreement, in arrears on each Payment Date (subject to availability of funds and the Priority of Payments), in an amount equal to 0.25% per annum of the Fee Basis Amount, measured as of the Determination Date immediately preceding such Payment Date (calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed).

More Definitions of Advisor Fee
Advisor Fee means the upfront fee that the Investor irrevocably authorises the Issuer to collect with the application monies on behalf of the Investor’s advisor and irrevocably directs the Issuer to pay to the Investor’s advisor on behalf of the Investor. The Advisor Fee is payable as part of the Total Investment Amount.
