The Reference Portfolio Notional Amount in respect of a Series of Notes immediately before any Proposed Replacements in respect of such Replacement Compliance Date shall be identical to the Reference Portfolio Notional Amount of such Series of Notes immediately after the relevant Replacements.
On any date, the sum of the Reference Entity Notional Amounts of Reference Entities in respect of which no Event Determination Date has occurred shall be equal to the Initial Reference Portfolio Notional Amount minus the sum of the Reference Entity Notional Amounts for those Reference Entities in respect of which an Event Determination Date has occurred on or prior to such date.
