Refined Bullion definition

Refined Bullion has the meaning given in Section 1.3(a).
Refined Bullion means all and any refined gold bullion produced, derived or resulting from Unrefined Bullion originating from the Santa ▇▇▇▇ Project;
Refined Bullion means Refined Gold or Refined Silver, as the context so requires.

Examples of Refined Bullion in a sentence

  • The Seller shall convey and transfer the Refined Bullion to the Lender with good and marketable title thereto, free and clear of all Encumbrances and adverse claims of any nature or description.

  • Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Production Notice, the Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing if the Buyer intends to exercise its right to purchase such Refined Bullion (a “Purchase Notice”).

  • If Grantee does not pay such charges when due, Grantor shall have the right, at its election, provided Grantee does not dispute such charges, to deduct the gold equivalent of such charges from the ounces of Refined Bullion to be credited to Grantee in the following quarter.
