Refundable Bonds definition

Refundable Bonds means those bonds identified in “SCHEDULE II” to this Resolution.
Refundable Bonds means the Outstanding Bonds.
Refundable Bonds means the outstanding Series 2001 Bonds and Series 2002 Bonds that are subject to redemption prior to maturity.
