Regional airport facility definition

Regional airport facility means an airport that services 4,000,000 or more enplanements annually.

  • Airport Facilities means any of the following at an airport:

  • port facility means any publicly or privately owned facility located within this State through which cargo is transported by way of a waterborne ship or vehicle to or from destinations outside this State and which handles cargo owned by third parties in addition to cargo owned by the port facility’s owner.

  • Airport Authority means any city or any public or private board or other body or organization chartered or otherwise established for the purpose of administering, operating or managing airports or related facilities, which in each case is an owner, administrator, operator or manager of one or more airports or related facilities.

  • Qualified airport authority means an airport authority

  • Regional Center means a facility or program operated directly by the department that provides services and supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Commercial building means a building to which the provisions of ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1 apply, which includes buildings except low-rise residential buildings. Low-rise residential buildings include single family homes, multifamily structures of three stories or fewer above grade, and manufactured homes (modular and mobile).

  • multi-system operator or “MSO” means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;
