Register of Member definition

Register of Member means the Register of Members to be kept pursuant to the Act, and the Register and index of beneficial owner maintained by the depository under Depositories Act, 1996;

Register of Member s interests’ means the authority’s register of member’s pecuniary and other interests established and maintained by the authority’s monitoring officer under section 29 of the Localism Act 2011.

Register of Member means the Register of members to be kept pursuant to the Act.

More Definitions of Register of Member

Register of Member s interests" means the register established and maintained under section 81 of the Local Government Act 2000;

Register of Member s interests’ means the authority’s register of member’s pecuniary and other interests established and maintained by the authority’s monitoring officer under section 29 of the Localism Act 2011; ‘the authority’ or ‘your authority’ means North Horsham Parish Council.
