Registered Bonds definition

Registered Bonds means Bonds registered in the name of the holder.
Registered Bonds means fully registered Bonds registered as to both principal and interest in the name of the owner or holder, including Bonds issued under a book-entry system.
Registered Bonds means the IABF Floating Rate Bonds and/or the IABF Fixed Rate Bonds, or any of them.

  • The Issuer shall observe and comply with its obligations, and use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Agents observe and comply with all their obligations, under the Agency Agreement and, if any Registered Bonds are outstanding, to procure that the Registrar maintains the Register and to notify the Bond Trustee immediately if it becomes aware of any material breach or failure by an Agent in relation to the Bonds.

  • Bearer Bonds may be exchanged for Registered Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Condition 2(a) (Exchange of Bonds), but Registered Bonds may not be exchanged for Bearer Bonds.

  • Bearer Requests may only be presented, and Registered Bonds may only be surrendered for exchange for Bearer Bonds, at the specified office of the Registrar.

  • In the case of a partial redemption of Bonds, Bonds (or, as the case may be, parts of Registered Bonds) to be redeemed will be selected individually by lot in such place as the Trustee may approve and in such manner as the Trustee shall deem to be appropriate and fair without involving any part only of a Bearer Bond, not more than 65 days before the date fixed for redemption.

  • On each occasion on which a payment of interest is made in respect of this Permanent Global Bond, the Issuer shall procure that the same is noted in Schedule 1 (Payments, Delivery of Definitive or Registered Bonds, Further Exchange of the Temporary Global Bond, Exercise of Options and Cancellation of Bonds) hereto.

  • On each occasion on which a payment of interest is made in respect of this Temporary Global Bond, the Issuer shall procure that the same is noted in Schedule 1 (Payments, Delivery of Definitive Bonds or Registered Bonds, Exchange for Permanent Global Bond, Exercise of Options and Cancellation of Bonds) hereto.

  • Payments in respect of principal and interest on Registered Bonds are subject in all cases to any fiscal or other laws and regulations applicable in the place of payment, but without prejudice to the provisions of Condition 8.

  • Original Definitive Registered Bonds will be endorsed with the Conditions.

  • In exchange for this Global Bond, the Issuer shall deliver, or procure the delivery of, an equal aggregate principal amount of duly executed and authenticated Definitive Registered Bonds.

  • The Trustee will not be responsible for the receipt or application by the Issuer of the proceeds of the issue of the Bonds or the exchange of the Original Global Bond for Original Definitive Registered Bonds or the delivery of the Original Global Bond or any Original Definitive Registered Bond to the person(s) entitled to it or them.
