Registered Business IP definition

Registered Business IP has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).
Registered Business IP means the Business IP owned by the Seller and Seller Subsidiaries consisting of issued patents, registered trademarks and registered copyrights, including pending applications for any of the foregoing.
Registered Business IP means any Business IP that is issued by, registered with, renewed by or the subject of a pending application before any Intellectual Property registrar, including any patent or trademark office or Internet domain name registrar.

Examples of Registered Business IP in a sentence

  • To the Knowledge of Seller Parent (but only as to validity and enforceability), as of the date of this Agreement, except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, be materially adverse to the Business, the Registered Business IP is in effect and subsisting and, if registered, is not invalid or unenforceable.

More Definitions of Registered Business IP

Registered Business IP means all Business IP that is Registered IP.
Registered Business IP means all Business IP that is registered or filed with any Governmental Authority and all applications for the foregoing.

  • Registered Intellectual Property means all applications, registrations and filings for Intellectual Property Rights that have been registered, filed, certified or otherwise perfected or recorded with or by any state, government or other public or quasi-public legal authority anywhere in the world, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office or United States Copyright Office, including issued Patents and Patent applications, registered Trademarks and Trademark applications, registered Copyrights and Copyright applications, and domain name registrations and applications.

  • Registered Company Intellectual Property means all patents, patent applications, registered copyrights, applications to register copyrights, registered marks (including trademarks, service marks, and trade dress, to the extent registered), applications to register marks and registered domain names that are owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, filed in the name of, or applied for by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
