Registrant Data definition

Registrant Data means the name, email address and job title of Registrants or such other categories of data set out in the Booking Form;
Registrant Data means all accurate and validated data specifying the Registrant’s name, address, telephone number, facsimile number (if applicable) and email address that is submitted to XXX.XX and stored in the .TM Register. The Registrar should not substitute any of their contact data for that of the Registrant. Violation of this clause may result in a fine being levied upon the Registrar of up to $10 per data field found to be in breach which is not remedied by the Registrar within a period of 7 days following notification by XXX.XX.

Examples of Registrant Data in a sentence

  • The Registrar shall ensure that all such personnel entrusted with Registrant Data have undertaken to ensure secrecy and protection of such data in accordance with this Agreement, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and other applicable laws.

  • The Registrar shall not use the Registrant Data held in relation to a Registrant or other person other than in accordance with this Agreement, the Related Documents and all applicable law or as the Registrant has specifically consented to.

  • Client assumes the sole responsibility for its content and use of the InvestingChannel System, including, without limitation, compliance with all governmental requirements related to Client (including compliance with all Federal Trade Commission rules, regulations and guidelines), Registrant Data and its business.

  • All rights relating to Registrant Data will be retained and held by the Registry for the benefit and protection of each Namespace as a whole.

  • The Registrar must, within three (3) days after receiving any updated Registrant Data from the Registrant, submit the updated Registrant Data to the Registry in accordance with the provisions of the Published Policies.

  • The Registrar is not entitled to claim any Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Registrant Data.

  • You expressly consent to the sharing of your Registrant Data with its agents, contractors and service providers.


More Definitions of Registrant Data

Registrant Data means the registration data, including without limitation, Registrant full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, IP address and other demographic data, in digital format delivered by a Registrant to Client via the Client Website and then provided by Client to InvestingChannel in the course of the provision of the Services.
Registrant Data means the personal information, data and details relating to a Registrant, including but not limited to:
Registrant Data means any data and information that Registrant provides, generates, transfers or makes available on the Assure Registry under the Agreement, whether printed, electronic, or in some other format.

Related to Registrant Data

  • Registrant means any person who is registered with the agency or is legally obligated to register with the agency pursuant to these rules and the Act.

  • Requesting Holder shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.

  • Registration Statement means any registration statement that covers the Registrable Securities pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, including the Prospectus included in such registration statement, amendments (including post-effective amendments) and supplements to such registration statement, and all exhibits to and all material incorporated by reference in such registration statement.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Registrable Securities has the meaning set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Registrable Shares means the shares of Common Stock (or such stock or securities as at the time are receivable upon the exercise of these Warrants) issuable upon exercise of the Warrants and shares or securities issued as a result of stock split, stock dividend or reclassification of such shares.

  • Statutory Auditor means the auditor of a Company appointed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 or under the provisions of any other applicable governing law;

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
