Registrant Data definition

Registrant Data means the name, email address and job title of Registrants or such other categories of data set out in the Booking Form;
Registrant Data means all accurate and validated data specifying the Registrant’s name, address, telephone number, facsimile number (if applicable) and email address that is submitted to XXX.XX and stored in the .TM Register. The Registrar should not substitute any of their contact data for that of the Registrant. Violation of this clause may result in a fine being levied upon the Registrar of up to $10 per data field found to be in breach which is not remedied by the Registrar within a period of 7 days following notification by XXX.XX.

  • Each party shall (and Customer shall procure Advertiser shall, if applicable) comply with its obligations as an independent controller under Data Protection Legislation in respect of its processing of Registrant Data and each party shall cooperate with the other to the extent reasonably necessary as part of such compliance.

  • Once Registrant Data from an Approved Application is accepted by the Registry and the Registry Operator, or placed in the Registry, the Registrar must issue a certificate (in a form prescribed or otherwise approved by auDA) that confirms that a Licence has been issued to the successful Registrant.

  • The Registrar must, within 2 Days of receiving updated Registrant Data from a Registrant, update the Registry with such updated Registrant Data.

More Definitions of Registrant Data

Registrant Data means the registration data, including without limitation, Registrant full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, IP address and other demographic data, in digital format delivered by a Registrant to Client via the Client Website and then provided by Client to InvestingChannel in the course of the provision of the Services.

  • Registrant means any person who is registered with the Agency and is legally obligated to register with the Agency pursuant to these regulations and the Act.
