Registry Account definition

Registry Account means an account to hold Carbon Credits at the relevant Registry. References to “Registry Account of the Clearing House” in these Delivery Procedures, shall mean a Registry Account in the name of the Clearing House.
Registry Account means an account established in the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units, which is a secure electronic system designed to track the location and ownership of ACCUs in accordance with the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units Act 2011 (Cth) 19.13 Regulator means the Clean Energy Regulator.

More Definitions of Registry Account

Registry Account means the account nominated by the Buyer (prior to Delivery) in the CDM Registry or any other registry under the international rules, and to which the CERs sold under this Agreement are to be Delivered directly upon issuance by the CDM Executive Board.
