Registry Account definition

Registry Account means an account to hold Carbon Credits at the relevant Registry. References to “Registry Account of the Clearing House” in these Delivery Procedures, shall mean a Registry Account in the name of the Clearing House.

Registry Account means an account established in the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units, which is a secure electronic system designed to track the location and ownership of ACCUs in accordance with the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units Act 2011 (Cth) 19.14 Regulator means the Clean Energy Regulator.

Registry Account means an account identified in accordance with section 61(6) and kept in accordance with regulations made under this Act;

Examples of Registry Account in a sentence

• The Seller shall transfer any amount of Option AEAs for which the Buyer has exercised the Option pursuant to section 2.4, free from any Liens to the Buyer’s Registry Account – Compliance Year 2020 – within ten (10) Banking Days of the receipt of the Option Notification.

• The Buyer will initiate the payment to the Seller of the relevant Delivery Value for each Delivery within 15 Banking Days after the later of (i) Delivery of the AEAs in the Buyer’s Registry Account in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, (ii) the notification referred to in section 3.4, and (iii) receipt of a duly submitted Invoice.

• The transfer of Contract AEAs and of Option AEAs is complete and the AEAs in question deemed delivered when the final notification in the total sequence of message and/or notification exchanges in respect of the transfer has been received by the EUTL and the AEAs have been credited to the Buyer’s Registry Account (“Delivery”).

• The Seller shall transfer the Contract AEAs free from any Liens to the Buyer’s Registry Account in a single tranche by 30 November 2022 at the latest.

More Definitions of Registry Account

Registry Account means the account nominated by the Buyer (prior to Delivery) in the CDM Registry or any other registry under the international rules, and to which the CERs sold under this Agreement are to be Delivered directly upon issuance by the CDM Executive Board.

Registry Account means an account in a Registry capable of receiving, holding and transferring ERs;

Registry Account means an account established by the Environment Agency as required by paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to the Order;

Registry Account means a registry account for a taxable facility of a registered person that is opened by the Agency in the Carbon Credits Registry under section 31;

Registry Account means an account capable of receiving CERs, being either (i) a temporary account in the CDM Executive Board registry linked to a Kyoto Protocol Annex I party's national registry; (ii) a permanent account in the CDM Executive Board registry linked to the Host Country, or (iii) a permanent account in a Kyoto Protocol Annex I party's national registry.

Registry Account. Means the ESD Compliance Account as defined in the Registry Regulation. See also “Buyer’s Registry Account”.

Registry Account means the account opened and maintained by the CP Holders in the Registry.
