Regular Relief Mate definition

Regular Relief Mate is a Deck Officer assigned by bid to a permanent Relief position. The Employer and the Union agree to meet on a regular basis but not less than quarterly to discuss the specific number of Relief Mates, as well as the number of extended temporary Mates positions.
