Regular Savings Plan definition

Regular Savings Plan or "RSP" means any monthly investment plan offered by DBS Bank or the Fund Manager, including but not limited to an automatic monthly investment plan, monthly savings plan and/or regular savings plan;
Regular Savings Plan means an agreement under which a Unit Holder agrees to subscribe for further Units by regular payment of application moneys where:

Examples of Regular Savings Plan in a sentence

  • If an applicant (except for those investors who subscribe through the Regular Savings Plan) decides to cancel the contract, and the value of the investment has fallen at the time the ACD receives the completed cancellation notice, they will not receive a full refund as an amount equal to any fall in value will be deducted from the sum originally invested.

  • Investors who invest through the Regular Savings Plan will be entitled to cancel their first subscription only; if a Regular Saver decides to cancel their contract within 14 days after the date on which they receive the cancellation notice then they will receive back the full amount of their initial subscription.

More Definitions of Regular Savings Plan

Regular Savings Plan or “RSP” means an investment service where a fixed amount is indicated for the subscription of fund on a regular basis. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, the Bank will act on your RSP Instructions (including but not limited to regular subscription funds, payment deduction channels, deduction period, deduction date, deduction amount in each period, etc.), on the deduction day of the designated deduction period (extension of non-working days), deduct the designated amount from the designated deduction account, and subscribe for the service of the designated fund on the day of deduction.

  • Retirement Savings Plan means the Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Retirement Savings Plan, as amended from time to time, together with any similar, succeeding or substitute plan.

  • Savings Plan or "plans" means a plan that provides different investment strategies and allows account distributions for qualified higher education expenses.

  • Thrift Plan means the Financial Institutions Thrift Plan, a qualified and tax-exempt defined contribution plan and trust under Sections 401(a) and 501(a) of the Code, as adopted by the Bank.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Excess Elective Deferrals means the amount of Elective Deferrals (as defined below) for a calendar year that the Participant designates to the Plan pursuant to the following procedure. The Participant’s designation: shall be submitted to the Administrator in writing no later than March 1; shall specify the Participant’s Excess Elective Deferrals for the preceding calendar year; and shall be accompanied by the Participant’s written statement that if the Excess Elective Deferrals is not distributed, it will, when added to amounts deferred under other plans or arrangements described in Section 401(k), 408(k) or 403(b) of the Code, exceed the limit imposed on the Participant by Section 402(g) of the Code for the year in which the deferral occurred. Excess Elective Deferrals shall mean those Elective Deferrals that are includible in a Participant's gross income under Section 402(g) of the Code to the extent such Participant's Elective Deferrals for a taxable year exceed the dollar limitation under such Code section.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee's account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of "elective contributions" made on his behalf or "employee contributions" made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Eligible Earnings means the Grantee's base salary (prior to any deferrals under a cash or deferred compensation plan sponsored by the Corporation or an Affiliate) paid during the Plan Year. From time to time the Plan Administrator may, in its sole discretion, establish rules for determining the amounts of Eligible Earnings for employees who become Grantees other than on the first day of a Plan Year as well as any reduction of Eligible Earnings as a result of paid leave of absences.

  • Regular contributions means the amounts required to be

  • Company Matching Contributions means any contributions made to the Company Matching Account of a Participant by a Participating Employer as provided for in Section 4.02.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Employer Matching Contributions means the Employer matching contributions made to the Trust Fund pursuant to Article V (Employer Matching Contributions).

  • Matching Contributions means local cash and/or in-kind contributions made by the Subrecipient, subcontractor, or other local resources that qualify as match for the Contract funding.

  • Regular election means an election held on a regular election date to elect an individual to, or nominate an individual for, elective office in the regular course of the terms of that elective office.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Qualified Plan means a Benefit Arrangement that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Deferral Contribution means any contribution made to the Plan by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e).
