Air contaminant means dust, fumes, mist, smoke, other particulate matter, vapor, gas, odorous substances, or any combination thereof.
Air contaminant source means any and all sources of emission of air contaminants whether privately or publicly owned or operated (Section 19-2-102(2)).
Regulated air pollutant means the following:
Contaminant means any physical, chemical, biological, or radiological substance or matter in water.

Hazardous air pollutant means any air pollutant listed as a hazardous air pollutant pursuant to Section 112(b) of the FCAA.
Pollutant means any dredged spoil, solid waste, incinerator residue, filter backwash, sewage, garbage, refuse, oil, grease, sewage sludge, munitions, chemical wastes, biological materials, medical wastes, radioactive substance (except those regulated under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 2011 et seq.)), thermal waste, wrecked or discarded equipment, rock, sand, cellar dirt, industrial, municipal, agricultural, and construction waste or runoff, or other residue discharged directly or indirectly to the land, ground waters or surface waters of the State, or to a domestic treatment works. “Pollutant” includes both hazardous and nonhazardous pollutants.

Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP means any pollutant listed by the EPA as a hazardous air pollutant in conformance with Section 112(b) of the Clean Air Act. A list of these pollutants is available at the Division of Air Quality.
Regulated substance means any substance, material or waste the use, generation, handling, storage, treatment or disposal of which is regulated by any local or state government authority, including any of the same designated by any authority as hazardous, genetic, cloning, fetal, or embryonic.
Dangerous Substances means a substance or article described in regulation 3 of the Dangerous Substances Regulations;
Controlled dangerous substance means a drug, substance, or
PAL pollutant means the pollutant for which a PAL is established at a major stationary source.
Hazardous Substance means any substance that is: (i) listed, classified or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law; (ii) any petroleum product or by-product, asbestos-containing material, lead-containing paint or plumbing, polychlorinated biphenyls, radioactive materials or radon; or (iii) any other substance which is the subject of regulatory action by any Governmental Entity pursuant to any Environmental Law.
Regulated Substances means any pollutant or contaminant, waste, material, compound, chemical or substance regulated under Environmental Laws, including without limitation, petroleum or petroleum-derived products, asbestos containing material, toxic mold, radon gas or off-specification drywall or wallboard.
Contaminants means those substances, pollutants, wastes and special wastes which are defined as contaminants, hazardous, toxic, or a threat to public health or to the Environment under any applicable Environmental Laws, including any radioactive materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos or polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB's).
Extremely Hazardous Substance has the meaning set forth in Section 302 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, as amended.
Existing Contamination means any Contamination present on, or under, the Site as of the execution date of this Contract.
Gaseous pollutants means the exhaust gas emissions of carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen expressed in nitrogen dioxide (NO2) equivalent and hydrocarbons assuming ratio of:
