Regulated drain definition

Regulated drain means an open drain, a tiled drain, or a combination of the two.
Regulated drain or “legal drain” means a drain maintained by the county surveyor and the drainage board under Indiana Drainage Code, IC 36-9-27.
Regulated drain means any drain under the jurisdiction of the Henry County Drainage Board and subject to the provisions of Indiana Code §36-9-27-1, et. seq.
