Regulated Small MS4 definition

Regulated Small MS4 means an MS4 that, pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 122.32(a)(1), is automatically designated because of its location within an urbanized area or that is designated by the NPDES permitting authority for inclusion in the Phase II stormwater permitting program.
Regulated Small MS4 means any municipally-owned or municipally-operated Small MS4 (as defined below) authorized by this general permit including all those located partially or entirely within an Urbanized Area and those additional municipally-owned or municipally-operated Small MS4s located outside an Urbanized Area as may be designated by the Commissioner. (Note: A list of municipalities containing Small MS4s is included in Appendix A of this general permit.)
Regulated Small MS4 means any small MS4 (as defined below) authorized by the general permit including all those located partially or entirely within an urbanized area and those additional small MS4s located outside an urban area which, as of the issuance of this general permit, have been designated as a Regulated Small MS4.

Regulated Small MS4 means any Small MS4 regulated by the State of Maine “General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems” dated June 3, 2003 (“General Permit”), including all those located partially or entirely within an Urbanized Area (UA) and those additional Small MS4s located outside a UA that as of the issuance of the General Permit have been designated by the DEP as Regulated Small MS4s.
Regulated Small MS4 means an MS4 that, pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 122.32(a)(1), is automatically designated because of its location within an urban areas with a population of at least 50,000 orurbanized area or that is designated by the NPDES permitting authority for inclusion in the Phase II stormwater permitting program.
Regulated Small MS4 means any municipally-owned or municipally-operated Small MS4 (as defined below) authorized by this general permit including all those located partially or entirely within an Urbanized Area and those additional municipally- owned or municipally-operated Small MS4s located outside an Urbanized Area as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Regulated Entity means any entity referred to in Section I of Article L.613-34 of the French Code monétaire et financier as modified by the 20 August 2015 Decree Law, which includes certain credit institutions, investment firms, and certain of their parent or holding companies established in France.

  • Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).

  • Regulated substance means any substance, material or waste the use, generation, handling, storage, treatment or disposal of which is regulated by any local or state government authority, including any of the same designated by any authority as hazardous, genetic, cloning, fetal, or embryonic.

  • Manufactured dwelling means a residential trailer, a mobile home or a manufactured

  • regulated profession means a regulated profession as defined in Article 3(1)(a) of Directive 2005/36/EC.
