Critical barriers consisting of a minimum of one (1) layer of six (6) mil polyethylene sheeting, secured at the edges with duct tape, shall be installed to seal off all windows, doorways, skylights, ducts, grilles, diffusers, vents, light fixtures, suspended ceiling tile systems and any other openings between the Regulated Work Areas and the surrounding uncontaminated areas, including the outside of the building.

Before allowing any Sub-contractor to undertake Regulated Work in connection with provision of the Services, the Provider shall: obtain the written consent of the Council to the aforesaid sub-contracting of the Services; and enter into a written agreement with the Sub-contractor which gives effect to the terms set out in this condition 18 such that they apply to the Sub-contractor, and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Provider shall remain fully liable for all acts or omissions of any Sub-contractor.
