Regulation S Security definition

Regulation S Security means any Security sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Regulation S Security means a Note sold in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Regulation S Security means a Security sold outside the United States to a Non-U.S. Person in reliance upon the exemptions from registration contained in Regulation S.
