The Insurer will pay Regulatory Fines and Claims Expenses that the Insured is legally obligated to pay because of a Regulatory Proceeding made against an Insured for a Security Incident, Privacy Incident, or Data Subject Rights.
Privacy Regulatory Claim Expenses and Regulatory Fines resulting from a Regulatory Action that is first requested during the Policy Period, or any applicable extended reporting period, for a Cyber Breach Event.

The Company shall not be liable for any Damages, Defense Costs, Regulatory Compensatory Award, Regulatory Fines and Penalties, PCI DSS Fines and Assessments, settlement, judgment, assumed obligation, admitted liability or payment to which the Company has not given Approval.
