Regulatory Restraint definition

Regulatory Restraint means any Legal Restraint relating to (i) the HSR Act or any other antitrust laws, (ii) any Healthcare Laws or insurance laws or (iii) any BCBSA Licenses or BCBSA Rules.
Regulatory Restraint means a Legal Restraint relating to (a) the HSR Act or (b) the Telecom Regulatory Consents set forth on Schedule 8.2(c) hereto.
Regulatory Restraint has the meaning set forth in Section 10.02(b).

  • Antitrust Authorities means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, the United States Federal Trade Commission or the antitrust or competition law authorities of any other jurisdiction (whether United States, foreign or multinational).
