Reinsurance IMR definition

Reinsurance IMR means the interest maintenance reserve required to be funded by the Company under the terms of the Covered Insurance Contracts.
Reinsurance IMR means the Interest Maintenance Reserve associated with the reinsurance by the Ceding Company on a modified coinsurance basis of the General Account 15 Liabilities of certain of the Covered Insurance Policies, determined in accordance with SAP applicable to the Underlying Companies that issued such Covered Insurance Policies. "Reinsurance IMR Investment Income" shall be equal to the investment income earned on the assets supporting the Reinsurance IMR.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing sentences, the amount of any change in the "Reinsurance IMR" as defined in the SLD-SLDI Retrocession Agreements (as modified, amended or restated) and any investment income on such Reinsurance IMR shall be retained by the Company and shall not be included in any settlement between the Company and the Reinsurer.
