Examples of Related Customer Leases in a sentence

  • No license or approval is required for the Lessees’, the Collateral Agent’s or MLS’s use of any software or other computer program used by such Originator, the Servicer or any Sub-Servicer in the servicing of the Related Customer Leases originated by such Originator, other than under the Amdocs Sub-Servicing Agreement and those which have been obtained and are in full force and effect.

  • Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, the transfer of the Devices and the Related Customer Leases under this Agreement shall be without recourse to any Originator.

  • The Originators shall cooperate with the Lessees and the Servicer in collecting amounts due from Customers in respect of the Devices and Related Customer Leases.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, (x) all sales of contractual and other rights of Lessees in connection with Devices and Related Customer Leases shall be deemed to be absolute and irrevocable assignments thereof and (y) all purchases of contractual obligations by the Buyer shall be deemed to be assumptions thereof.

  • Except as otherwise permitted under this Agreement, instruct, or cause the Servicer to instruct, all Customers to cause all Collections in respect of Devices and Related Customer Leases to be deposited directly in a Servicer Collection Account covered by an Account Control Agreement.

  • This Agreement constitutes an absolute and irrevocable assignment by way of capital contribution of the Devices and the Related Customer Leases to its Related Lessee.

  • It will not and will cause its Affiliates not to discontinue the leasing program relating to the Devices or Related Customer Leases or take any corporate action to discontinue such leasing program.

Related to Related Customer Leases

  • Restricted Customer means any Customer with whom/which Employee had contact on behalf of the Company during the 12 months preceding the end, for whatever reason, of his employment.

  • Protected Customers means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or solicited to sell its products or services during the twelve (12) months prior to the Determination Date.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • Protected Customer means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or actively solicited to sell its products or services, and with whom Participant has had Material Contact on behalf of the Company during his/her employment with the Company.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Related Supplier means any person who provides services to the Customer which are related to the Services from time to time;

  • household customer means a customer purchasing electricity for his own household consumption, excluding commercial or professional activities;

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Significant Customers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • Top Customers has the meaning specified in Section 4.28(a).
