Related Indentures definition

Related Indentures means every such Related Indenture, collectively.
Related Indentures means the "Indentures" (other than the Indenture), as ------------------ defined in the Pass-Through Trust Agreements.
Related Indentures means each of the indentures (other than the Indenture) under which equipment notes have been issued and purchased by the Pass Through Trustees (whether before or after the date of the Indenture).

More Definitions of Related Indentures

Related Indentures means, collectively, each Trust Indenture and Mortgage under which "Equipment Notes" have been issued and acquired by the Pass Through Trustees on or prior to August 31, 1997 (other than this Trust Indenture), as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Related Indentures means each of those certain Trust Indenture and Mortgages (other than the Trust Indenture) under which equipment notes have been issued by the Owner and purchased by the Pass Through Trustees (whether before or after the date of the Trust Indenture).
Related Indentures means each Operative Indenture (other than the Trust Indenture).
Related Indentures collectively, (i) the Trust Indenture and Security Agreement for each of Atlantic Coast Airlines Trust Nos. _______, _________, ________, _________, and ________, each dated as of September 26, 1997, between the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee, (ii) the Trust Indenture and Security Agreement for each of Atlantic Coast Airlines Trust Nos. N306UE, N310UE, N311UE, and N314UE, each dated as of September 26, 1997, between the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee, each with respect to a Jetstream J-41 aircraft, and (iii) the Trust Indenture and Security Agreement dated as of September 26, 1997 between Atlantic Coast Airlines and the Indenture Trustee.
Related Indentures means each Operative Indenture.

Related to Related Indentures

  • Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of ________ __, 19__, between the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.

  • Existing Indentures means (a) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 1.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2017, dated as of August 25, 2010, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. and (b) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 0.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2020, dated as of October 29, 2013, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof).

  • Operative Indentures means, as of any date, each “Indenture” (as such term is defined in the Note Purchase Agreement), including the Indenture, whether or not any other “Indenture” shall have been entered into before or after the date of the Indenture, but only if as of such date all “Equipment Notes” (as defined in each such “Indenture”) are held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in each such “Indenture”.

  • Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Senior Note (2020) Indenture, the Senior Note (2021) Indenture, the Senior Note (2022) Indenture and the Senior Note (2023) Indenture.

  • Fourth Supplemental Indenture means the supplemental indenture dated as of December 1, 1954, hereinbefore referred to.

  • Existing Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Notes Indentures and the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes Indentures.

  • Debenture Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of December 1, 1989, between United Parcel Service of America, Inc. and Chemical Bank pursuant to which the 8-3/8% Debentures Due April 1, 2020 were issued, as in effect on the date of this Agreement (without giving effect to any amendment, supplement or other modification thereto, any repayment or covenant defeasance thereunder or any termination thereof), a copy of which is attached as Exhibit F hereto.

  • Convertible Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of February 21, 2014 between Emergent and the Convertible Note Trustee pursuant to which the Convertible Notes were issued.
