Related Person Transaction definition

Related Person Transaction means a Transaction in which a Related Person is determined to have, had, or will have a direct or indirect material interest.
Related Person Transaction shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.10.
Related Person Transaction means any transaction for which disclosure is required under the terms of Item 404(a) involving us and any related persons.

Related Person Transaction means any Transaction involving the Company in which a Related Person has or will have a direct or indirect material interest, as determined by the Committee.
