Related Works definition

Related Works means works other than the Works, performed or undertaken by WAPCOS Limited or other contractors or suppliers of WAPCOS Limited or any contractor employed in connection with the Project Facility and/or services related thereto or by public or private utilities or by any Statutory Authority or other authorities or by any Relevant Authority, either prior to, concurrently or sequentially with the Works at, on, over or adjacent to the Project Site in connection with or related to the Project Facility and which may be connected to, associated with, ancillary to or otherwise related to or relevant to the Works.
Related Works means any works and any operation or maintenance service, performed or undertaken or to be performed or undertaken by:
Related Works means any installation, commissioning, maintenance or service related to the purchase of Goods or supply of Services under the Contract.

Examples of Related Works in a sentence

  • Licensee will use at least the same level of efforts to avoid infringement of any third party patents by Licensee Modifications and Licensee Related Works incorporated into any OS Developments that it uses for development of its own products, but no less than reasonable efforts.

  • Within thirty (30) days of PalmSource’s request or within thirty (30) days after initial delivery of the OS Developments to PalmSource, whichever is earlier, Licensee shall disclose in writing to PalmSource a complete list and description of all Licensee Related Works incorporated into any OS Developments.

Related Works means other than the Work under the Contract performed or to be performed by the Owner/Project Manager or Owner’s/Project Manager’s Other Contractors in connection with the Facility either prior to, concurrently or subsequently with the Works within or outside the Site with whom the Contractor shall co-ordinate and interface his activities covered by the Contract.
