Relating to the Affected Products means to any extent, or in any way, arising out of, relating to, resulting from and/or connected with the implantation, use, and/or removal of Rejuvenate or ABG II Modular and/or any bodily, physical or personal injury, losses or damages caused or claimed to have been caused, in whole or in part, by any such Affected Products and/or revision to remove the stem and neck components of such Affected Products.
