Release Limit definition

Release Limit shall have the meaning specified in Section 5(a).

Examples of Release Limit in a sentence

  • In the event Seller or its designee requests the release of a Mortgage File to Seller or its designee with respect to a Mortgage Loan, which release would result in Custodian having released Mortgage Files pertaining to Mortgage Loans at the time being held by Custodian on behalf of Buyer with an aggregate outstanding principal balance greater than the Release Limit, Custodian shall notify Buyer in its Daily Report and obtain written consent of Buyer prior to such requested release.

  • The preceding sentence respecting release to Seller, or its designee, of Custodian's Mortgage Files shall be operative only to the extent that at any time Custodian shall not have released to Seller or its designee pursuant to clause (a) or (b) of this Section 5, Mortgage Files pertaining to Mortgage Loans at the time being held by Custodian on behalf of Buyer with an aggregate outstanding principal balance greater than the Release Limit.

Related to Release Limit

  • Purchase Limit means $900,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 1.1(b) or increased from time to time pursuant to Section 1.1(d). References to the unused portion of the Purchase Limit shall mean, at any time, an amount equal to (x) the Purchase Limit at such time, minus (y) the sum of the Aggregate Capital plus the LC Participation Amount.

  • Expense Limit means the percentage of a Fund’s average annual net assets (on an annualized basis) set forth below.

  • Dose limits means the permissible upper bounds of radiation doses established in accordance with these rules. For purposes of these rules, “limits” is an equivalent term.

  • emission limit value means the mass, expressed in terms of certain specific parameters, concentration and/or level of an emission, which may not be exceeded during one or more periods of time;

  • Nonrecourse Liability has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.752-1(a)(2).

  • Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and

  • Upper Limit means a specified maximum amount of costs which may be claimed under a Unit of Work, but which may be extended on application. An Upper Limit operates in the same way as a Costs Limitation;

  • Severance Amount means (A) for any Termination other than during a Covered Period, an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary as of the respective Termination; or (B) for a Termination during a Covered Period, an amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of Executive’s Base Compensation as of the respective Termination.

  • Probable cause means that there is a substantial objective basis for believing that, more likely than not, an offense has been committed and a person to be arrested has committed it.

  • Recourse Liabilities means the amount of liabilities owed by the Partnership (other than Nonrecourse Liabilities and liabilities to which Partner Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable in accordance with Section 1.704-(2)(i) of the Regulations).

  • Severance Multiple has the meaning set forth on the first page of the Agreement.

  • Concentration Limit means at any time for any Obligor, the product of (i) such Obligor’s Specified Concentration Percentage, times (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of the Eligible Receivables included in the Receivables Pool at the time of determination.

  • Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge of a pollutant during a calendar day. Expressed as units of mass, the daily discharge is cumulative mass discharged over the course of the day. Expressed as a concentration, it is the arithmetic average of all measurements taken that day.

  • Liability Cap has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1 of Schedule 9;

  • Special Hazard Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Special Hazard Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Aggregate Limit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Maximum daily discharge limitation means the highest allowable “daily discharge.”

  • Nonrecourse Liabilities has the meaning set forth in Section 1.704-2(b)(3) of the Regulations.
