Released Cash Collateral definition

Released Cash Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 6.26.
Released Cash Collateral means the RMB amount equivalent to the amount of the Loan that has been drawn by the Borrower under a Utilization calculated by reference to the average of the Official Exchange Rates of the five (5) consecutive Business Days prior to the date of the Utilization Request for that Utilization.
Released Cash Collateral means the Released Cash Collateral (RMB) and the Released Cash Collateral (US$), the aggregate amount of which shall be equivalent to the amount of the Loan that has been drawn by the Borrower under a Utilization; in the case of conversion of other currencies into RMB, the RMB amount shall be calculated by reference to the average of the Official Exchange Rates of the five (5) consecutive Business Days prior to the date of the Utilization Request for that Utilization.

  • Without limiting the above, the Borrower, the Lender and IQ shall execute any other document and do all such acts and things as may reasonably be required to give effect to the relevant partial release of the Charged Asset in an amount equivalent to the Released Cash Collateral for that Utilization in accordance with this Agreement.
