Released home definition

Released home means that the Headmaster has consented to the Pupil being away from School for a specified period of time. “Exclusion” means that the Pupil may not return to School until arrears of Fees have been paid. “Exclusion” may also be used as a general expression covering any or all of the other expressions defined in this clause.

  • Family day care home means a unit registered under Title 5, Subtitle 5 of the Family Law Article.

  • Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.

  • Restriction Release Date means such date, after the Effective Date, that the Board of Directors determines in good faith that it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its stockholders for the transfer restrictions set forth in this Article 4 to terminate.
