Relevant Aid Trigger Point definition

Relevant Aid Trigger Point means unless the Authority notifies the Recipient otherwise the value of the Euro equivalent (at the date of this Agreement) of fifty thousand pounds sterling (£50,000.00) of Relevant Aid provided by the Recipient to a Relevant Enterprise within the last three consecutive financial years.
Relevant Aid Trigger Point means, unless we notify you otherwise, the value of £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds sterling) (the approximate sterling equivalent of €58,000 as at the date of this Agreement) of Relevant Aid (valued on a xxxxx xxxxx equivalent basis) provided by you to a Relevant Enterprise within the last three consecutive Financial Years;
Relevant Aid Trigger Point means, unless we notify you otherwise, the value of £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds sterling) (the approximate sterling equivalent of €58,000 as at the date of this Agreement) of Relevant Aid (valued on a gross grant equivalent basis) provided by you to a Relevant Enterprise within the last three consecutive Financial Years;

Related to Relevant Aid Trigger Point

  • Auto-Call Trigger Level means the level set out below for the relevant Auto-Call Valuation Date (i.e. as shown in the same row as that date):

  • Final Trigger Level means 85.00%, being a percentage against which the performance of the Index will be measured in order to determine the Final Redemption Amount.

  • Auto-Call Trigger Event means an event which occurs if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Index Performance as of the Valuation Time on an Auto-Call Valuation Date is greater than or equal to the relevant Auto-Call Trigger Level.

  • Auto-Call Trigger Rate means the applicable percentage in respect of the relevant Auto-Call Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred as set out in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level above (i.e. as shown in the same row as that date).

  • Rating period means the 12-month period for which premium rates are determined by a health

  • Rating Point means the V&H coordinates associated with a particular telephone number for rating purposes.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
