Relevant Bond definition
Relevant Bond means any Bond subject to a notice of redemption given pursuant to Condition 11(b);
Relevant Bond means a bond with the characteristics as specified in the relevant Final Terms, where such specified characteristics should include, but are not limited to, the issuer of such bond, the maturity date, and any relevant security identification numbers.

If the principal amount of a Relevant Bond and/or the accrued interest on such Relevant Bond has already been repaid to Shurgard prior to the date of transfer of the Relevant Bonds in accordance with Clause 3.2, the Exercise Price shall be reduced accordingly.
