Relevant Share definition

Relevant Share means any Share (other than a Share removed from the Relevant Shares Register (defined in Article 44.3.2) pursuant to Article 44.3.5), in which a Relevant Person has an interest or which is declared to be a Relevant Share pursuant to Article 44.3.4;

Relevant Share means any share which would, if acquired by any person without the provision of this Bye-law 130, result in that person becoming a Controller or having Increased Control.

Relevant Share means any Voting Share in Qantas in which a Foreign Person has a Relevant Interest;

• Funding 1's share and the Seller's share of the Losses shall be determined by multiplying the Losses in the relevant Calculation Period by the Current Funding 1 Share Percentage, (as calculated on the Relevant Share Calculation Date), the product of which shall be allocated to Funding 1, and the remainder of such Losses shall be allocated to the Seller, on each Calculation Date, in each case prior to calculating the allocation of Mortgages Trustee Available Principal Receipts on that Calculation Date.

More Definitions of Relevant Share

Relevant Share means a Relevant Non-EU Share or, as the case may be, a Relevant Non-UK Share;

Relevant Share means, with respect to any Lender with a Commitment, an amount equal to the Loans to be borrowed by a Borrower as indicated on the applicable Notice of Borrowing multiplied by the quotient of such Xxxxxx’s Commitment divided by the aggregate amount of all Commitments of all Lenders.
