RELIANCE ON CERTIFICATES except in the event of wilful default or manifest or proven error, the Note Trustee shall be entitled to rely on a certificate of the Agent Bank, any Paying Agent or any Reference Bank in respect of every matter and circumstance for which a certificate of the Agent Bank, any Paying Agent or any Reference Bank is expressly provided for under these presents, the Conditions or any other Transaction Document and to call for and rely upon a certificate of the Agent Bank, any Paying Agent or any Reference Bank or any other person as to any other fact or matter prima facie within the knowledge of the Agent Bank, any Paying Agent or any Reference Bank or such other person, as sufficient evidence thereof and the Note Trustee shall not be bound in any such case to call for further evidence or be responsible for any loss, liability, costs, damages, expenses or inconvenience that may be occasioned by its failing so to do or the exercise or non- exercise by the Note Trustee of any of its powers, duties and discretions hereunder;
