Remaining Undertaking definition

Remaining Undertaking means all the undertakings, businesses, activities and operations of the Demerged Company other than those comprised in the Demerged Undertaking.
Remaining Undertaking means all the business and all the properties, assets, investments and liabilities, employees of the Demerged Company including the Vadodara Undertaking, Power Business, investments other than Pharmaceutical Undertaking defined hereinabove.
Remaining Undertaking means the whole of the undertaking, activities and operations of the Transferor Company excluding the Demerged Undertaking and shall include all assets, properties and liabilities of the Transferor Company in relation to its pipeline operations division.

Examples of Remaining Undertaking in a sentence

  • From the Appointed Date, FRL shall carry on the activities and operations of the Remaining Undertaking distinctly and as a separate business from the Retail Business Undertaking.

More Definitions of Remaining Undertaking

Remaining Undertaking means all the businesses, undertakings, assets, investments, activities, operations and Undertakings of the Demerged Company other than those comprised in the Demerged Undertaking.
Remaining Undertaking means all of the businesses, units, divisions, undertakings, and assets and liabilities of RIL other than the O2C Undertaking;

Remaining Undertaking or “Remaining Business” means all the businesses and activities of the Transferor Company other than the Specified Undertaking or the Specified Business, as the case may be.
Remaining Undertaking means all the undertakings, business activities and operations of UVSL, other than those comprised in the Demerged Undertaking, as on the commencement of the Appointed Date and as modified and altered from time to time to the Effective Date.
