Compensation Date definition

Compensation Date means either:
Compensation Date means the last Business Day of each calendar quarter.
Compensation Date means the dates on which Net Compensation is paid to Representatives, which currently occurs, twice a month, on the fifth business day following the first and fifteenth of each month, or such other dates the Company establishes to pay Net Compensation to Representatives.
