Remarketing Agent(s) definition

Remarketing Agent(s) means the Remarketing Agent(s) appointed by the Company, pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement.

Remarketing Agent(s) has the meaning set forth in the Supplemental Indenture.

Examples of Remarketing Agent(s) in a sentence

• The Remarketing Agents shall also have the option, but not the obligation, to purchase any tendered Notes at such price.

• There is no assurance that the Remarketing Agents will be able to remarket the entire principal amount of Notes tendered in a remarketing.

• Except as provided in the previous sentence, the Remarketing Agents shall not be obligated to purchase any shares of RP that would otherwise remain unsold in a Remarketing.

More Definitions of Remarketing Agent(s)

Remarketing Agent(s) means any Remarketing Agent(s) appointed by the Corporation to conduct a Remarketing pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Purchase Contract and Pledge Agreement.

Remarketing Agent(s) means any Remarketing Agent(s) appointed by the Corporation, pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement.
