Remedial Maintenance Services definition

Remedial Maintenance Services means those Services as set forth in Section 5: Remedial Maintenance Service Requirements.
Remedial Maintenance Services means reactive service in the event the Equipment has become inoperable, as further defined in Section 4. “Seller” means the entity providing Products or performing Services under the Contract.
Remedial Maintenance Services means maintenance services requested by the client as specified in clause 4f and g. "Renewal Period" means the period set out in clause 2.

  • ES&S shall provide the Remedial Maintenance Services at its Depot; provided, however, that if Remedial Maintenance Services are required for 10 or more Products at any given time, Customer may elect to have them provided at its Designated Location; provided, further, that all Remedial Maintenance Services provided for central count equipment shall be provided at Customer’s Designated Location.

  • Surcharge for Emergency Remedial Maintenance Services: 150% of the then current maintenance fee per unit OPTIONAL HARDWARE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM If the Customer elects to pay annual maintenance fees for the period 2007 through 2010 at the start of the 2007 maintenance period, ES&S will provide a net present value discount to Customer in the amount of $8,471.

  • If Customer requires ES&S to provide “emergency” Remedial Maintenance Services (which shall be defined as Remedial Maintenance Services that are provided within 48 hours after Customer notifies ES&S of the need therefor), and such emergency Remedial Maintenance Services are not needed as a result of an action, error or omission by ES&S, Customer shall pay a surcharge, as set forth on Schedule F1.

Related to Remedial Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

(Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;
