Remedial Maintenance Services means maintenance services requested by the Customer as specified in clause 4f.

  • If the Remedial Maintenance Services are being performed pursuant to Subsection 2(c)(ii) above, Customer shall pay ES&S for the use of the Loaner Unit at ES&S’ then-current rates including the cost of shipping.

  • At Customer’s request, ES&S shall use reasonable efforts to promptly make available to Customer a product that is the same as, or substantially similar to, the Product for which Remedial Maintenance Services are being performed (a “Loaner Unit”).

  • ES&S shall provide the Remedial Maintenance Services at its Depot; provided, however, that if Remedial Maintenance Services are required for 10 or more Products at any given time, Customer may elect to have them provided at its Designated Location; provided, further, that all Remedial Maintenance Services provided for central count equipment shall be provided at Customer’s Designated Location.

  • The date(s) on which any Remedial Maintenance Services shall be provided shall be mutually agreed upon by ES&S and Customer.

  • Except as provided for the Remedial Maintenance Services described in Section iv(b) (i) above, Vendor shall bear all the ultimate expense for all parts necessary for Hardware Maintenance Services.

  • When so agreed, SBC will pay for Remedial Maintenance Services requested to be performed outside of the Contracted Period of Coverage at rates as identified in Appendix II; relocation of GPS Material within a SBC location during the Contracted Period of Coverage; unpacking, installation and Acceptance Tests, any GPS Material certification for maintenance, and packing, removal and supervising the removal or moving of any GPS Material.

Related to Remedial Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
