Remediation Works definition

Remediation Works all or any works required by a Regulatory Authority to be carried out in order to clean up, remove, treat, remediate or otherwise deal with any pollution or contamination of the Environment; "Replies to Pre-contract Enquiries" Property the replies to enquiries before contract relating to property matters which are contained in the Property Bundle;
Remediation Works means such works of whatever nature as are required to ensure insofar as is reasonably practicable and in accordance with modern practice as determined by an appropriately experienced and qualified firm of environmental consultants that the Tenant is complying with its covenants contained in clauses 3.13.1 and 3.13.3;
Remediation Works means the Stage 1 Remediation and any other works required to be carried out by the Contractor in accordance with the Contributions Schedule to Remediate the Contributions Land.

More Definitions of Remediation Works

Remediation Works means the carrying out of any investigative sampling inspection and/or maintaining works and/or steps or measures to monitor, prevent, minimise, remove, remedy, xxxxx, make safe, contain, ameliorate or mitigate any harm or damage to the Environment; and
Remediation Works. Means the works, measures, steps and techniques for the purpose of limiting, removing, remedying, monitoring, cleaning-up or containing the presence of Hazardous Materials in relation to the Business.
