Remediation Works definition

Remediation Works all or any works required by a Regulatory Authority to be carried out in order to clean up, remove, treat, remediate or otherwise deal with any pollution or contamination of the Environment; "Replies to Pre-contract Enquiries" Property the replies to enquiries before contract relating to property matters which are contained in the Property Bundle;
Remediation Works means the Stage 1 Remediation and any other works required to be carried out by the Contractor in accordance with the Contributions Schedule to Remediate the Contributions Land.

More Definitions of Remediation Works

Remediation Works means remediation works or measures in respect of contamination at the relevant Properties to prevent, limit, remove, remedy, monitor, clean-up, xxxxx or contain the presence or effect of any contamination in, at, on, or under the relevant Properties;
